摘要
目的探讨补阳还五汤加减佐治气虚血瘀型脑卒中疗效及成本分析。方法研究对象选取2015年6月—2016年12月间我院神经内科收治的气虚血瘀型脑卒中患者78例,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组38例。对照组给予依达拉奉、银杏达莫注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用补阳还五汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的治疗疗效,并进行治疗成本分析。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(3.25±1.32)分,显著低于对照组的(6.32±0.51)分(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率(94.74%)显著高于对照组的(77.50%)(χ2=4.78,P=0.03);治疗组患者平均住院时间与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组患者人均治疗费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉、银杏达莫注射液联合补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中,有助于改善患者的神经功能缺损,从整体上提高临床疗效,同时降低治疗费用,减轻患者经济负担,临床上值得实践推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect and cost of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of stroke with deficiency of blood stasis and blood stasis. Methods 78 cases of stroke with deficiency of blood stasis and blood stasis patients were selected from June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into control group(n = 40) and treatment group(n = 38). The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and the cost of treatment was analyzed. Results After treatment,the neurological deficit score in the treatment group was(3. 25 ± 1. 32) which was significantly lower than(6. 32 ± 0. 51) in the control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was(94. 74%) which was significantly higher than75. 00% in the control group(χ2= 5. 83,P = 0. 02). There was no significant difference in the average hospital stay between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0. 05). The per capita treatment cost of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05).Conclusion Edaravone,ginkgo dipyridomole injection combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type strokehelp to improve the patient's neurological deficits,improve the overall clinical effect,reduce the cost of treatment and the patient's economy burden,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
