摘要
中医站在整体观念的宏观角度与辨证论治的微观角度双角度上,对疾病的防治起了举足轻重的作用。缺血性脑卒中是常见病、多发病,具有高致残率等特点。中医对缺血性脑卒中的防治研究颇多,从临床、实验、方法学至理论的提出皆有涉足。通过查阅文献,从干预措施、基础研究、疗效评判方法及研究展望几个方面归纳中医综合疗法在缺血性脑卒中恢复期的研究进展。
TCM plays an important role on prevention and treatment of diseases, at double perspective of overall concept and differential treatment. Ischemic stroke is a common and multiple disease, with a high morbidity and other characteristics. There are some prevention researches of TCM about clinic, experiment, methodology, theory, for ischemic stroke. Base on literature, a review on TCM combination therapy treating ischemic stroke during recovery period about interventions, basic research, efficacy evaluation method, and prospect was preformed as followed.
