摘要
研究设计了一种实现支背、左右侧翻身、曲抬腿、抬臀、自动扶手等多功能于一体的全自动多功能护理轮椅床。通过对各部分功能机构的拟人化设计,合理优化空间布局,使整体结构紧凑;对主要机构的运动过程进行了Solid Works建模与仿真计算,结果表明,该护理轮椅床各机构运动角度及角速度变化具有较好的稳定性;最后通过对所研发的护理轮椅床样机进行实验,验证了护理床各功能机构及运动的有效性。
It proposes a fully automatic multi-functional nursing wheelchair bed for nursing and supporting the disable patients,maim and elderly people. Using mathematical model,it designs and optimizes the multi-functional nursing wheelchair bed with the functional feature of back-support,turning-over of left and right,legs curving and raising,buttock lifting etc. Based on the personification design of every functional mechanism and optimization for spatial distribution,it proposes the structure of the bed. The Solid Works model simulating shows good stability of movement angle and angular velocity for the bed. The experiment for wheelchair bed prototype proves that bed has good effectiveness on function and movement.
