摘要
本文为作者使用ELISA技术对250种中草药水提物进行抗HBsAg的实验研究,共筛出有效药物10种(占总数的4.0%)。若按不同剂量(0.3、0.6、1.2、2.5、5.0mg/100μl)的药物、2种不同浓度(10.92、14.26P/N比值)的HBsAg与3种不同接触时间(立即、1h、2h)的10项P/N比值的均数来综合评价药效指数时,10种有效药物的次序为山渣叶(1.34)、辣蓼(1.37)、贯众(1.64)、橄榄(2.20)、苧麻根(2.49)、马齿苋(2.50)、苦荞头(2.69)、石吊兰(2.73)、赶山鞭(3.45)与木通(3.51)。
An approach was made to screening 250 herbs for their anti-HBs Ag characteristionusing the ELISA system. As suggested by the present work, from preliminary scree-ning 10 out of 250 herbs(4.0%)were proved effective. In the process of repeat ser-ening, after allowing 4h contacts between 0.3~5.0mg/100μ1 of herbs and 7.48 P/Nratios of HBsAg, the minimal effective dose 0.6mg/100μ1 (<2.1) was found withcrataegus pinnatifida and polygonum flarcedum. Following 4h contacts between 5.0mg/100μ1 of herbs and 7.48~14.26 P/N ratios of HBsAg, polygonum flaccidum,cyrtominum fortunei and crataegus pinnatilida were still effective at the maximalHBsAg concentration(14.26 P/N ratio). Studying various contact time periods (imme-diate.1-4h) and using 5mg/100μ1 of herhs plus 7.48 P/N ratios of HBsAg, onceagain cyrtomium fortunei, polygonum flaccidum, and crataegus pinnatifida stillproved efficient within the briefest(immediate) period. When using 10 average P/Nratios, comprising 5 varying doses of each herb(0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 2.5, 5.0mg/100μ1), 2varying concentrations of HBsAg (10.92,14.26 P/N ratio), and 3 varying contacttime periods(immediate, 1h, 2h) for compositely assessing herb efficacy index. 10effective herbs were arranged in regular sequence: crataegus pinnatifida(1.34),polygonum flaccidum(1.37),cyrtomium fortunei(1.64), canarium album (2.20). boeh-meria nivea(2.49), portutaca oleracea(2.50), fagopyrum tartaricum (2.69), lysinno-lus pauciflola(2.73), hypericum attenuatum(3.45), and akebia quinata(3.51)
