摘要
使用ELISA技术对250种中草药水提取物进行抗HBeAg的实验研究,共筛出有效药物7种(占总数的2.8%).若按5种不同剂量(0.3、0.6、1.2、2.5、5.0mg/100μl)的药物、2种不同浓度的HBeAg(10.92、14.26P/N值)与3种不同接触时间(立即、1h、2h)的10项P/N值均数来综合评价药效指数时,7种有效药物的次序为丹参(1.55)、皂夹(2.34)、黄莲(2.81)、寻骨风(3.09)、杜仲(3.54)、藜芦(4.33)和藕节(4.43)。
Using the Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)for studing the anti-HBsAg effect, experimental observations were made to screen the water extracts of 250 Chinese medicinal herbs. As a result,altogether 7 herbs (amound to 2. 8%)were identified by the screening process to be effective. Among which showed <2. 10 P/N ratio(high efficacy),showed>2. 10-<3. 18P/N ratio (moderate efficacy)and showed 3. 18-<4. 25 P/N ratio(low efficacy).
With the aid of the ELTSA system this schema represented a laboratory approach to the recognition of anti-HBeAg capability of herbs. When forming a multiplex plan by employing 10 average P/N ratios as exemplified by 5 varying doses of herb(0. 3,0. 6,1. 2,2. 5,5. Omg/100μ1)2 varying concentrations of HBeAg(10. 92,14. 26 P/N ratio),and 3 varying contact time periods (immediate, 1h, 2h)for the comprehensive appraisal of herb efficacy index,these 7 effective herbs(<2. 1P/N ratio) were listed in the following order:Salvia miltiorrhiza(丹参)1. 55 P/N,Gledltsia sinensis(皂夹)2. 34 P/N,Coptis chinensis (黄莲)2. 31 P/N, Aristolochia mollissima (寻骨风) 3. 09 P/N,Eucommia uimoides(杜仲)3. 54 P/N,Veratrum schindleri(藜芦)4. 33 P/N,and Nelumbo nucifera(藕节)4. 43 P/N Clinically, 39 cases of hepatitis B due to HBV have been treated by 4 decoctums, 18 cases of HBeAg were positive changes into negative(46. 2%).
