摘要
目的:探讨一种减少患者在痔上粘膜环切术中出现血管迷走神经反射的治疗方法。方法:采用单中心、随机、对照的临床研究方法,将200例行痔上粘膜环切术手术患者随机分为实验组(100例)和对照组(100例);术中对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予视听联合分散干预;观察、对比两组患者术中生命体征变化,及出现血管迷走神经反射的例数对比。结果:与对照组相比较,实验组手术过程中生命体征相对平稳,差异有统计学意义。实验组出现血管迷走神经反射例数(8例)少于对照组例数(18例),经统计学比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行痔上粘膜环切术的患者,采用视听联合分散干预能有效减少术中血管迷走神经反射等不良应激反应的发生,生命体征平稳,对于手术的顺利进行及保障患者安全有着重要意义。
Objective： To explore a method to reduce the reflexes of the vagus nerve in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods： A single center randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted. 200 patients undergoing hemorrhoidal mucosal circumcision were randomly divided into experimental group（100cases） and control group（100 cases）. During the operation,the control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group was given audio-visual intervention combined with dispersal. On the basis of this,the changes of vital signs and the number of vasovagal reflexes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： Compared with the control group,the vital signs of the experimental group were relatively stable during the operation,and the difference was statistically significant. The number of vascular vagus nerve reflex（8 cases） in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group（18 cases）,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with hemorrhoids and mucous membrane circumcision,the combination of audio-visual intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as vasovagal reflex and stable vital signs,which is of great significance for the smooth operation and ensuring the safety of patients.
