摘要
目的:探讨针灸联合中药熏洗治疗痛风的效果。方法:收治痛风患者86例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合消瘀止痛散自拟方煎水局部熏洗治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗5 d、10 d症状改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合中药熏洗治疗痛风患者效果明显优于单纯针灸治疗,且患者症状缓解时间较快。
Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of gout.Methods：86 patients with gout were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The observation group was treated with Xiaoyu Zhitong powder and local decoction on the basis of the local treatment.Results：The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of the symptoms of 5 d and 10 d in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on gout patients is obviously better than that of simple acupuncture and moxibustion,and the time of relieving symptoms of the patients is faster.
