摘要
目的本文主要探讨针灸配合放血疗法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法在我院2013年1月至2014年6月期间所收治的痛风性关节炎患者中选取60例作为此次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用痛舒胶囊和别嘌呤醇进行治疗,观察组患者在常规药物治疗基础上采用针灸配合放血疗法进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为56.7%,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于痛风性关节炎患者,在常规药物治疗基础上采用针灸配合放血疗法进行治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,具有一定的应用价值和治疗优势,值得大力推广使用。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and blood letting therapy in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods Selecting 60 cases of patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 as research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated by Shutong capsule and allopurinol.The observation group adopted acupuncture and moxibustion and blood letting therapy on the basis of conventional drug treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%which was significantly higher than 56.7%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05.Conclusion For patients with gouty arthritis, on the basis of conventional drug treatment, the acupuncture and moxibustion and blood letting therapy help to increase the therapeutic effect, and improve the patient＆#39;s quality of life.It has certain value of application and treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
