摘要
燃煤电厂脱硫废水属于电厂末端最难处理的废水,废水水质受燃煤品质、石灰石品质、脱硫系统的设计及运行、脱硫工艺补充水等因素影响,波动较大,表现出水质组成复杂、高含盐量、高腐蚀性等特点,成为制约电厂脱硫废水零排放的关键因素。中试实验结果表明,电驱离子膜装置将经过化学反应+管式膜预处理的水浓缩,浓水中总溶解固体TDS可浓缩至200 000 mg/L,产水可回用于循环水冷却系统,该工艺可满足脱硫废水零排放的要求,可为将来的项目提供可行性依据。
Wastewater from desulfurization system is among several types of end of pipe wastewater of power plant that are most difficult to be treated. Desulfurization wastewater quality is seen fluctuated and characterized by complex water quality components,high salt content,high corrosion due to effects of factors such as quality of coal,limestone,design and operation of desulfurization system as well as the water supply of desulfurization process etc.,such factors become the key factors preventing desulfurization wastewater of power plant from zero emission. Through the pretreatment and membrane enrichment pilot,results show that chemical and pipe type membrane pretreated wastewater can be enriched applying electric ionic membrane system. TDS in enriched wastewater can be as high as 200 000 mg/L. Outlet water can be recycled by cooling water system,indicating the process can meet requirement of zero emission of desulfurization wastewater. Our study can then provide reference for future projects.
