摘要
利用机械蒸汽压缩(MVC)技术对脱硫废水进行深度处理,通过调试、运行证明,系统产水可以全部作为水源回用,实现废水零排放。采用机械蒸汽压缩技术节能效果显著,特别是在盐分浓度较低沸点上升较小的情况下尤其明显,弥补了多效蒸发能耗过高的不足,使用MVC蒸发可最大限度的节约系统整体运行费用。
The mechanical vapor compression( MVC)technology was applied in the deep treatment of desulfurizing waste water. The practicaloperation showed that the water after treatment could be recycled totally, so as to achieve zero discharge of waste water. The use of mechanical vaporcompression technology exhibited a significant energy-saving effect, especially in the case that the waste water contains lower concentration of salt andthen has a slower increase of boiling point. The application of MVC evaporation is superior than multi-effect evaporation which is short in high energyconsumption so that it could save the operating costs of the system to the utmost.
