摘要
目的:探究左旋甲状腺素在甲状腺功能减退症合并高脂血症治疗中的应用效果。方法:将甲状腺功能减退症合并高脂血症患者90例随机分为对照组和观察组各45例;对照组口服六味地黄丸,观察组口服左旋甲状腺素,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的甲状腺功能指标、血脂水平改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左旋甲状腺素治疗甲状腺功能减退症合并高脂血症,安全高效。
Objective： Study of levothyroxine in the treatment of hypothyroidism with hyperlipidemia. Methods： 90 cases of hypothyroidism patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group 45 cases; control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill, the observation group was treated with levothyroxine. Results： After treatment, observation group of thyroid function indices, blood lipid levels improved significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： levothyroxine is safe and effective in treating hypothyroidism with hyperlipidemia.
