摘要
目的 研究分析左旋甲状腺素片应用在妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退临床治疗的效果.方法选取 2014 年 2月～ 2015年 2 月期间于我院接受治疗的妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退的78例患者,随机分为两组, 39例常规治疗患者入组对照组, 39例使用左旋甲状腺素片治疗的患者入组实验组,比较两组治疗效果与妊娠结局.结果实验组总有效率为94.87%,较对照组的71.79%高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组剖宫产、新生儿窒息、畸形、并发症、胎死宫中、并发症、低体质量等发生率均较对照组低,妊娠结局较对照组优,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退使用左旋甲状腺 素片治疗效果理想,对改善妊娠结局有重要帮助,推荐使用.
ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism.MethodFebruary 2014 ~ February 2015 period in our hospital accepted treatment of 78 cases of hypothyroidism pregnancy were selected and randomly assigned to two groups, 39 cases of conventional therapy patients were enrolled in the control group, 39 cases with L-thyroxine tablets in the treatment of patients in experimental group, compared two groups of treatment effect and pregnancy outcome.Resultsin the experimental group, the total effective rate was 94.87%, compared with the control group of 71.79%, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; experimental group splits the palace production, neonatal asphyxia, deformity, complications, fetal death palace, complications, low quality of incidence was significantly lower than that of control group, pregnancy outcome is the group, P 〈 0.05, the difference with statistical significance.Conclusionthe treatment effect of thyroid function in pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism is ideal, which is helpful to improve the pregnancy outcome.
