摘要
目的探讨更年强骨汤治疗更年期骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法将我院94例更年期骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组患者给予尼尔雌醇片治疗,观察组患者给予更年强骨汤联合尼尔雌醇片治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.62%,明显高于对照组的78.72%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的骨密度、血钙、E2及FSH水平明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者服药期间均未发生不良反应。结论更年强骨汤联合常规西药治疗更年期骨质疏松症疗效显著,可有效改善患者内分泌,提高骨密度及血钙水平,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gengnian Qianggu decoction in the treatment of climacteric osteoporosis. Methods Ninety-four climacteric osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given nierestrol tablet, and the observation group was treated with Gengnian Qianggu decoction combined with nierestrol tablet. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%, which was higher than 78.72% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of bone mineral density, serum calcium, E2 and FSH in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the period of take medicine. Conclusion Gengnian Qianggu decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of climacteric osteoporosis has remarkable clinical effects. It can effectively improve the endocrine, bone mineral density and serum calcium level, which has good clinical application value.
