摘要
工业化生产乙炔的方法主要有:煤等离子裂解法、电石法、烃类裂解法、天然气制乙炔等四种。近年来,随着三大合成材料的兴起及有机合成产品的发展,乙炔用量也越来越大,其生产方法也越来越受重视。本文介绍了不同工艺路线生产乙炔的方法,并进行优缺点比较,着重对电石法生产乙炔进行进一步的探索与研究。
There are four main methods for industrial production of acetylene: coal plasma pyrolysis,carbide,hydrocarbon cracking and acetylene from natural gas. In recent years,with the rise of three synthetic materials and the development of organic synthetic products,the amount of acetylene is becoming more and more large,and its production method is becoming more and more important. This paper introduces the different process routes to produce acetylene,compares the advantages and disadvantages,and focuses on further exploration and Research on acetylene production by calcium carbide process
