摘要
煤等离子热解制乙炔工艺是传统电石法制乙炔的潜在替代工艺。介绍了煤等离子热解制乙炔的工艺原理,考察了煤热解的影响因素。通过分析制粉系统特性及供电负荷特性,指出燃煤电站具备实施该工艺的条件,并对燃煤电站实施该工艺的经济性进行了分析。
The process of acetylene production from coal by plasma is an alternative process of the traditional calcium carbide method. The principle of the process and the influences on coal pyrolysis were reviewed. By analyzing the characteristics of coal powder-making system and electrical charge, it was pointed out that coal fired power plants had the conditions to actualize the process, and the benefit of actualizing it was analyzed.
