摘要
目的 :探讨压力超负荷型心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化与室速、室颤诱发之间的关系 ,及观察血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂苯那普利可能的干预作用。方法 :采用 Langendorff离体灌流装置 ,电刺激腹主动脉缩窄大鼠心脏诱发室速、室颤 ,并采用免疫组化染色方法测定左室心内膜下心肌间质 , 型胶原容积分数。结果 :与单纯结扎组比较 ,结扎后服用苯那普利的大鼠 ,短阵猝发电刺激不易诱发室速、室颤和左室重量与体重之比及心肌间质 型胶原容积分数降低。结论 :苯那普利可通过预防左室肥厚和心肌纤维化的发生 ,维持心肌电稳定性 。
AIM:To investigate the relationship between pressure overload cardiac hypertrophy,the extent of myocardial fibrosis and ventricular arrhythmias induced by electrical stimulation,and the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor Benazepril treatment.MEHTODS:The incidence of ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation of the adbominal aortic constricted rats(corac rats) hearts induced by electrical stimulation was recorded using the Langendorff aortic retrograde perfused apparatus. The amounts of subendocardial interstitial collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ in the left ventricle (LV) were measured by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:The arrhythmias induced by trains of stimuli were less frequent,and the LV weight/body weight ratio,the amount of collagen type Ⅰ wre lower in coarc rats receiving Benazepril treatment compared with the operated group without treatment. CONCLUSION:Benazepril can,by preventing the process of LVH and myocardial fibrosis,decrease the propensity of the hearts of coarc rats for developing severe arrhythmias.
