摘要
基于教师同伴互助理论,对80名英语专业教师同伴互助各种形式的参与情况、重要程度及影响因素进行调查。教师对有针对性和指导性较强的互助形式存在浓厚兴趣和较强需求,但对较高等次的互助形式,如科研项目合作等,反应比较平淡。教师普遍认为,教学任务过于繁重,需要完成的教学任务太多,尤以女教师为甚。年龄、职称也会造成对同伴互助类型不同局限和不同偏好。针对这些问题提出了一些对策。
Based on teachers’peer-coaching theory,this paper interviews 80 teachers of English major in some colleges and universities to investigate the participation,the degree of importance and the influence factors of peer-coaching.Teachers are more interested in the peer-coaching with targeted guidance than the higher level of cooperation forms,such as scientific research projects.Most of the teachers,especially the female teachers,generally think that there are too much teaching tasks.And age and title will influence the choosing of peer-coaching types.The paper puts forward some suggestions for the problems.
