摘要
目的分析对角膜炎角膜溃疡患者使用维生素C局部治疗的临床效果。方法 2000例角膜炎角膜溃疡患者,将其按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组1000例。两组均实施常规眼科治疗,观察组在此基础上使用维生素C局部治疗,比较两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.9%,明显高于对照组的84.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为2.9%,明显低于对照组的11.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对角膜炎角膜溃疡患者进行治疗时,在常规治疗的基础上使用维生素C局部注射可明显提升临床疗效,有较高使用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of local application of vitamin C in the tretamnet of keratitis and corneal ulcer.Methods A total of 2000 patients with keratitis and corneal ulcer were divided by admission order into control group and observation group,with 1000 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional ophthalmic treatment,and the observation group also received local application of vitamin C.Comparison were made on clinical efficacy and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 95.9% than 84.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group had obviously lower recurrence rate as 2.9% than 11.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of keratitis patients with corneal ulcer,local injection of vitamin C on the basis of conventional treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and it has high application value.
