摘要
以舒适时长作为衡量舒适度的指标,根据人机工程学原则,提出工业设计参数优化方法。基于对象样本,采用回归分析法,分别构建单因素工业设计参数与舒适时长的回归关系;以平方和构建目标函数,运用序列二次规划算法,得出工业设计参数的最优解。根据15款办公椅样本,得出办公椅座面高、靠背倾角和扶手高的优化参数。结果表明:舒适时长可作为衡量舒适度的有效指标,可为工业设计与人机工程学研究提供参考。
The Comfortable Duration was considered as an evaluation index of comfort level. According to the Ergonomics rules, an optimization method of industrial design parameters was presented. The regression relationship between single factor industrial design parameters and comfort duration was established using regression analysis method based on the object sample.The objective function was constructed with quadratic sum. The optimal solution of industrial design parameters was obtained using Sequential Quadratic Programming Algorithm. The optimization parameters of seat height, backrest angle and armrest height were computed according to the 15 office chair samples. The results revealed that the comfortable duration could be used as an evaluation index, which could provide references for the industrial design and ergonomics research.
