摘要
探讨E86型精梳机的主要性能特征和使用效果。以E86型精梳机纺JC14.6tex集聚纱为例,测试了相应的配棉指标、生条和精梳条的AFIS指标以及成纱质量指标。结果表明:通过与生条对比,精梳后棉结清除率为64%,杂质颗粒清除率为75.4%,重量短绒清除率为49.5%,成纱棉结、条干指标均达到了较好水平。认为:E86型精梳机对棉结、短绒和杂质清除率较高,对温湿度的适应性较好,达到了高产、高效、高品质的工艺效果。
The main characteristic and using effect of E86 comber were discussed. Taking E86 comber spinning JC 14.6 rex condensed yarn as an example, relevant cotton assorting indexes, the AFIS indexes of card sliver ＆ combed sliver and the yarn quality indexes were tested. The results show that comparing with card sliver, neps clearance rate is 64% after combing, impurity clearance rate is 75.4% and weight short fi- ber content clearance rate is 49. 5%. The neps and evenness indexes of yarn are achieved better level. It is considered that E86 comber has better clearance rate for neps, short fiber content and impurity. It has better temperature ＆ humidity suitability and can reach the high-produetion, high efficiency and high quality tech nology effect.
