Preparation and characterization of ketoconazole-loaded polymer micelles

摘要 [目的]制备酮康唑聚合物胶束(KTZ-PMs)并对其进行表征.[方法]采用薄膜-水化法制备KTZ-PMs,以胶束的包封率或和形态为评价指标,通过单因素试验筛选处方和制备工艺,并对形态、粒径及包封率等进行考察.[结果]所制备的KTZ-PMs澄清透明,在透射电子显微镜下呈圆整的球形或椭圆形,大小分布较均匀,平均粒径为9.2nm,Zeta电位为+65.60mV,平均包封率为85.32%.[结论]用本处方工艺制备KTZ-PMs稳定,可行. OBJECTIVE To prepare ketoconazole-loaded polymer micelles(KTZ-PMs)and investigate its characterization.METHODS Film-hydration method was used to prepare the KTZ-PMs.The evaluation indicators were entrapment efficiency or(and)morphology of micelles.Single factor experiment was used to screen the optimum prescription and preparation technology.The morphology,particle size and entrapment efficiency were also investigated.RESULTS The KTZ-PMs we prepared were clear and transparent,they were spherical or oval and uniform under transmission electron microscopy,the average diameter was 9.2 nm,the zeta potential was +65.60 mV and the average encapsulation efficiency was 85.32%.CONCLUSION This preparation procedure of KTZ-PMs was stable and feasible.
