摘要
分析高校校园低碳化建设的现状、影响因素及建设目标。依据评价体系构建的基本原则,运用层次分析法将目标系统划分为3个层次,即目标层(高校校园低碳化水平)、准则层(低碳化状态、低碳化运营、低碳化管理3个准则)、指标层(20个指标),确定系统各要素的权重值,划分高校校园低碳化水平等级区间,从而构建低碳化高校校园综合评价模型。运用该评价模型对池州职业技术学院进行评价,以数值的形式表示其低碳化水平,为有针对性地采取措施,加强校园低碳化建设,实现低碳、绿色发展目标提供一定的科学依据。
Analysis of current situation of the construction,influence factors and construction goal of college campus low-carbon. A comprehensive evaluation model was proposed by using analytic hierarchy process based on the principles of evaluation system. It is divided into three levels,namely the target layer( level of low-carbonization of campus),the rule layer( state of low-carbon,operation of low-carbon,management of low-carbon),index layer index( 20 indicators),and should have the weight of each index and grade interval of campus low carbon level. The evaluation model was numerical quantitatively of reflect the level of low-carbonization of Chizhou vocational and technical college. The evaluation results provide a scientific basis for strengthen the construction of low-carbonization university campus and the realization of low-carbon and green development.
