摘要
研制了一套高速旋转构件盘试验应力的自动测试系统 ,用该系统对具有解析解的模拟等厚轮盘进行了 5 0 0 0r min等速状态下的应力分布试验测量 ,测量结果与理论值基本吻合 ,分析认为该系统具有测量速度快、操作方便、测量精度较高等特点 ,可以取代传统的手动测量系统 .
The paper is mainly devoted to the study of the application of computer for the auto-test of stress of the rotating disc.The auto-test system can be used to analyze stress distribution of rotor,which is at the speed of 5*!000*!r/min,and proved to have high speed and precision of test,and can be easily manipulated.Especially,because of the use of the computer,the auto-test system gain great advantage over traditional manual test and can take over it.
