摘要
针对压力容器传统应力测试方法所存在的弊端,采用软硬件相结合的滤波方法,开发了以计算机为核心的应力自动测试系统。该系统可有效地消除系统噪声等污染源的影响,成功实现了对微弱信号的自动采集、处理和输出。
The computer aided stress automatic measurement system for the pressure vessel was developed by using software and hardware signa l filtering methods.The effect of so me pollution source such as system noise can be eliminated and the very f eeble signal acquiring,processing and outputting can be automatically implemented with this measurement s ystem.
