摘要
针对某转盘干燥机圆盘拉撑结构,采用有限元方法对棒材、管材两种典型拉撑结构形式进行强度分析,结果表明两者均能满足强度性能要求,且具备一定的安全裕量,随着拉撑件的增厚,圆盘结构相应最危险部位由拉撑件转移至盘片的拉撑截面。从4种圆盘结构设计参数来研究圆盘应力分布规律,结果表明,锥角对圆盘应力影响很小;管材作为拉撑件时,以拉撑件壁厚与盘片等厚或相近为宜;拉撑件直径越大,圆盘受力越好;当拉撑件的周向间距越大,柱式拉撑圆盘的盘片因SIV应力超标最先发生破坏;管式拉撑圆盘的拉撑件因自身应力超标最先发生破坏,拉撑件周向间距设置不宜过大。
Regarding the disc structure of a large pan rotary dryer,the finite element method was adopted to analyze strength of the disc 's column material and pipe support. The analysis result indicates that their strength can meet disc's requirement together with a safety allowance,and the most dangerous part of the disc structure moves from the brace to the plate with the increasing of brace thickness. Discussing the stress distribution over the disc from four structural design parameters shows that,the cone angle influences the disk stress less and the wall thickness of the pipe taken as the support equals to or close to the disc's thickness is advisable; the diameter of the brace is larger,the disk's bearing capacity is better; when the circumferential spacing is larger,the plate of the disc with column support becomes damaged first due to the SIVstress out of limits,so does the braced structure of the disc with pipe support. The circumferential spacing of the braced structure should be set properly.
