摘要 利用FLUENT软件,通过三维数值模拟的方法探讨了蜂窝锥度、蜂窝排列形式、蜂窝间距以及蜂窝高度等结构参数对薄膜蒸发器蜂窝夹套的传热性能和压力降的影响,并对不同结构的蜂窝夹套进行了流场和温度场的模拟和比较。运用正交理论分析了影响传热和压力降的主要因素,得出了合理的结构形式。 A numerically analysis on the effects of cone angle ,arrangement,interval and height of dimples on heat transfer and pressure drop of dimple jacket in thin-film evaporator was performed by a computational fluid dynamics ( CFD ) program FLUENT,and the result of heat transfer and pressure drop values of different models were provided for comparison. L9 (33) orthogonal array design was used for arranging simulation and analyzing the main effect to get the advisable configuration.
