The main ingredients of pearl, beauty effect and health care efficacy of pearl, the preparation methods of pearl liquid and pearl powder were introduced here. The formulations of deep processed pearl, the effect of pearl in cosmetics and the efficacy of pearl in health care were related. The application foreground of pearl in cosmetics was pointed out also.
