摘要
[目的]考察微生物肥料"宁盾"对扁豆的促生效果。[方法]试验在淮安市清浦区开展,2015年2月12号在扁豆移栽时,使用微生物肥料"宁盾"为定根水作灌根处理,100 d后调查扁豆生长状况并测定果实品质。[结果]与空白对照组相比,移栽处理100 d后,"宁盾"处理组叶绿素含量提高25.22%,单株叶片数增加68.31%,单株开花数增加21.88%,单株结果数增加9.33%,产量增长31%。同时,"宁盾"处理组扁豆果实的可溶性蛋白、维生素C含量显著优于对照组,可滴定酸显著低于对照组。[结论]"宁盾"对扁豆有显著的促进生长、提升品质的效果,具有实际推广应用价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the growth-promoting effects of microbial fertilizer"Ningdun"on hyacinth bean. [Method]The experiment was carried out in Qingpu District, Huaian City. On the 12th of February,2015,when the hyacinth bean was transplanted,the microbial fertilizer"Ningdun"was used as rooting water for root-irrigation treatments.After 100 days,the growth and fruits quality of the hyacinth bean were investigated.[Result]Compared with the blank control group, after 100 days of transplanting treatment,the increase of chlorophyll content of"Ningdun"treatment group was 25.22%,the increase of leaf number per plant was 68.31%,and the increase of the number of flowering per plant was 21.88%,the number of fruit per plant increased by 9.33% and the yield increased by 31%.At the same time,the contents of soluble protein and vitamin C of fruits in"Ningdun"treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the content of titratable acid was significantly lower than that of the control group. [Conclusion]"Ningdun"had significant effects of promoting the growth and improving the quality of the hyacinth bean,and had the practical value of popularization and application
