多粘菌素临床应用进展及应对超级细菌 被引量：26

摘要 随着抗菌药物和免疫抑制药的广泛应用,多药耐药或泛耐药革兰阴性菌,尤其是耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌已成为引起严重致死性院内感染的重要病原菌。最近国际上又发现了新的含泛耐药革兰阴性菌"新德里-金属-β-酰胺酶-1(NDM-1)"基因的耐药菌(所谓"超级细菌")。该菌对目前大多数抗菌药物包括β-内酰胺类、碳青霉烯类、氨基苷类、大环内酯类和喹诺酮类等抗菌药物具有广泛耐药性,仅对多粘菌素和替加环素敏感。后者目前在我国尚未上市。一旦患者感染这种细菌,会给临床治疗带来很大困难。该文介绍老药多粘菌素的药理作用和临床用于治疗多药耐药和泛耐药革兰阴性菌感染的进展。
