摘要
李波教授对男科疾病治疗积累了丰富的临床经验。临床治疗勃起功能障碍（ED）,认为其病位在宗筋,发病与肝肾心胆相关,提出化湿兴阳、疏肝通络、开心温胆、平补阴阳的治疗思路,通过4则验案进行分析总结这一学术观点的实用价值和临床有效性。
Professor LI Bo has rich experience in andrology. In the clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction,he holds that the disease location of erectile dysfunction is the ancestral sinew,and it is related to liver,kidneys,heart and gallbladder,and thus the treatment should be resolving dampness and activating yang,soothing liver and unblocking collaterals,opening heart and warming gallbladder,tonifying yin and yang in balance. Four cases of erectile dysfunction was analyzed and summarized to prove the value and clinical effect of this thought.
