摘要
抑郁症为常见精神疾病,近年来其诊断和治疗取得长足进步。天然抗抑郁药物的研究与开发成为新热点,贯叶连翘制剂为其中代表药物。本文对贯叶连翘治疗抑郁症的药效机制、上市品种的临床疗效和不良反应、市场销售以及在研品种的进展情况作一综述。
Depression is a kind of common mental disease and great progress has been made in its diagnosis and treatment in recent years. The research and development of natural antidepressant drugs become the new hot spots and St John＇s wort is one of the representatives. This review introduces the pharmacological mechanism of St John＇s wort, the clinical application and market sales of listed varieties and the progress of varieties in development.
