摘要
平脉辨证是中医认识疾病本质的过程,是临床立法论治的依据。本文从一证多脉分析法、证似脉异对比法,证歧脉同辨异法、危重症候关键脉象提示法等四个方面,对《伤寒论》平脉辨证进行了分析和探讨,有一定的参考意义。
Differentiating Symptom-complex with feeling pulse is a process of understanding the nature of a disease in TCM and a basis of setting up treatment principle and method in clinic. This article reported that the differentiating symptom-complex with feeling pulse in "A Treatise on Febrile Diseases" had been analysed and explored by using such four methods as the analysing method of one symptom-complex with multi-pulse, comparing method of same symptomcomplex and different pulse, different symptom-complex and same pulse, and suggesting method of key pulse in crisis syndrome. It has a certain reference significance.
