摘要
目的将移动互联技术应用到医疗废物管理中,去除传统管理模式的弊端,使医疗废物管理更规范、更安全。方法选择部分医疗机构应用上海市医疗废物信息化管理系统,并对应用前、后效果进行比较分析。结果上海市40余家医疗机构应用移动互联技术对医疗废物进行实时全过程管理和监督,取得了良好成效。结论移动互联技术在医疗废物管理中的应用对避免医疗废物流失、规范医疗废物管理和提高监管效能具有重要意义。
Objective To apply the mobile Internet technology to the medical waste management, to eliminate the disadvantage of the traditional management mode, and to make the medical waste management more standard and safer. Methods Shanghai Medical Waste Informatization Management System was applied in some selected health care facilities, and the effectiveness of new system was analyzed by comparing pre-and post-application. Result It proved an effective result in the real-time management and surveillance of the whole process of medical waste production by applying the mobile Internet technology in more than 40 health care facilities in Shanghai. Conclusion The application of mobile Internet technology in medical waste management is highly significant on the prevention of the medical waste loss, regulation of the medical waste management, and the improvement of management and surveillance efficiency.
