摘要
针对铸钢车轮传统铸造工艺出品率低的问题,结合现场实际生产条件,采用三维建模软件设计铸造工艺,使用数值模拟软件对铸造工艺进行模拟分析和改进,提高车轮的铸造工艺出品率,达到降低冶炼成本的目的,为公司车轮铸造工艺的制作提供方向。
In this paper,aiming at the low production rate problem of the traditional casting process of cast steel wheel,and combining with the actual production conditions,the casting process is designed by using the three-dimensional modeling software. And then analysis and improvement for the casting process are carried out with the numerical simulation software so as to increase the production rate of the wheel casting process and reduce the smelting cost,and also provide the production direction of the wheel casting process for the company.
