摘要
针对压铸Pb-Sb合金板栅进行了系统研究,在板栅的裂纹防止方面采取了相应措施。结果表明,引起压铸板栅的缺陷因素是多方面的,消除板栅铸造缺陷必须从多方面入手,不能只调整一种参数。利用计算机模拟技术,预测到在板栅厚大部位(横梁处)出现热节区,此处极易形成裂纹缺陷,这与实际生产结果相符合。为此给出了Sb含量为4.2%的板栅参数设置数据,减少和消除了压铸板栅存在的各类缺陷。
The crack of die casting grid was investigated, and countermeasures were presented. There were many reasons causing the defects of die casting grid, which must he resolved from various aspects. The hot spot easily appears in large thick position (beam place of grid) by computer simulation,which easily forms the crack defects. The simulated result is well in agreement with the actual production. The parameters were presented to the grid with 4.2 % Sb to reduce or eliminate the different defects and to ensures the continuity of production process.
