摘要
针对油田压裂返排液的特点,开发一种压裂返排液处理高效澄清装置。建立了高效澄清装置的数学模型,保证了高效澄清装置处理水质指标。通过计算确定了高效澄清装置的关键技术参数。设计了自动检测控制系统,保证了水质指标。通过工业实验和现场应用验证了压裂返排液处理高效澄清装置的技术指标。
Aiming at the characteristics of fracturing flowback fluid in oilfield,a high efficiency clarifier for fracturing flowback fluid treatment is developed in this paper. The mathematical model of the high efficiency clarification device is established,and the water quality index of the high efficiency clarification device is ensured. The key technical parameters of the high efficiency clarification device are determined through the design calculation. An automatic detection and control system is designed to ensure the water quality index. Through debugging experiments and field application,the technical indexes of high efficiency clarification device for fracturing flowback fluid are verified.
