摘要
绞股蓝多糖[Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharide(GPS)]是绞股蓝中的主要活性成分,是一种具有较强活性的免疫增强剂,不但有理想的抗肿瘤功能以及不俗的抗氧化活性,而且有显著的消炎、镇静、降血脂、平喘、催眠、抗应激、抗衰老和抗疲劳以及增强机体免疫功能等功效.本文就GPS的组成成分和生理活性及绞股蓝在养殖业的应用等方面进行了系统的总结,为进一步开发和利用绞股蓝提供理论依据.
Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides GPSis the main active component in gynostemma pentaphyllum.It is a kind of immune enhancer with strong activity,ideal anti-tumor function and good anti-oxidation activity at the same time.It has remarkable anti-inflammatory,sedative,hypolipidemic,asthma,hypnosis,anti-stress,anti-aging and anti-fatigue function,and it can enhance the body's immune.In this paper,the composition and physiological activity of GPS and the application of gynostemma pentaphyllum in aquaculture were systematically summarized,which provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of gynostemma pentaphyllum.
