摘要
目的:探讨分层次多元化培训模式在临床护理培训中的应用效果。方法:我院自2014年1月在全院护理培训中应用分层次多元化的培训模式,从培训计划拟定、培训组织以及目标制定、各层级护士培训落实等若干方面开展护理培训工作,按照N0、N1、N2、N3、N4各个层级的培训需求和全院护理培训计划对各层级护理人员进行多元化培训,对比分析实施分层次多元化培训模式前后的培训效果。结果:分层次多元化培训后医师对护士综合能力的认可、患者对护理人员的满意度、护理人员对培训的满意度均明显高于分层次多元化培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层次多元化培训模式在临床护理培训中应用效果明显,能够有效提高医师对护士综合能力的认可、患者对护理工作的满意度和护理人员对培训的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of multi-level and diversified training mode in clinical nursing training. Methods: The hospital has started the multi-level and diversified training mode during its nursing training since January 2014,covering the training plan draft,training organization,target setting and all levels of nurses training implementation. Diversified training was undertaken among all levels of nursing staff according to training needs of N0,N1,N2,N3 and N4,as well as hospital nursing training program. The practice effect before and after offering multi-level and diversified training was compared and analyzed. Results: The physician's recognition of nurse's comprehensive ability,patient's satisfaction of nursing staff and staff's satisfaction with training were significantly higher than that of before multi-level and diversified training. Difference was of statistical significance( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The multi-level and diversified training mode makes great difference in clinical nursing training,which can effectively improve physician's recognition of nurse's comprehensive ability,patient's satisfaction with nursing work and staff's satisfaction with training.
