空间光学有效载荷电磁兼容故障诊断 被引量:2

摘要 针对空间光学有效载荷在测试中的电磁干扰问题,采用故障树分析法对空间光学有效载荷实施故障诊断研究。对典型的空间相机组成进行介绍并对电磁干扰源进行分析,通过构建故障树的方法,构建空间相机的电磁兼容故障树,随后对电磁兼容故障原因定性定量分析,并以某型号航天光学有效载荷为例进行验证。分析结果表明,使用建立的电磁兼容故障树,依照重要度值进行针对性测试,大幅减少了诊断时间,并可有效提高故障诊断效率。 In allusion to the electromagnetic interference problem in the test of space optical payload,the fault tree analysis method is adopted to conduct the fault diagnosis research for space optical payload. The typical composition of space camera is introduced and the electromagnetic interference sources are analyzed. The electromagnetic compatibility fault tree of space cameral is built by using the fault tree construction method. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of electromagnetic compatibility fault causes is performed. A certain type of space optical payload is used as an example to verify this method. The analysis results show that using the constructed electromagnetic compatibility fault tree to conduct the targeted test according to the importance value can greatly reduce the diagnostic time,and effectively improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
