摘要
目的:运用基于模糊故障树理论的故障诊断方法,研究解决CT系统的故障监测与诊断问题。方法:利用模糊故障树理论对CT系统的知识发现和知识提取能力,从CT系统运行状态样本中建立故障树模型进行量化分析。结果:以CT为研究对象,通过分析该系统的故障形式,阐明模糊故障树分析CT故障的原理、方法和特点。结论:CT故障诊断包括对设备运行状况的监测、识别和预测3个方面,主要内容有设备状况信号的采集、故障征兆的提取、故障分类与状态识别以及趋势预测。
Objective:To solve relative CT system problem based on fuzzy fault tree analysis theory.Methods:We used fuzzy fault tree analysis theory model to enhance the capabilities of discovery the new phenomemon and abstract the new conception from the data during the working time of CT.Results:By focusing on the research of CT,we analyzed the form of CT faults and explained the principle,method and characteristic of CT faults.Conclusion:CT fault diagnosis of equipment including the operation condition of monitoring,identifying and predicting three aspects,the mainly content including CT signal collection,the extraction of fault symptoms fault classification,state recognition and trend forecast.
