摘要
目的 :观察分段整形联合肛垫减积复位术治疗女性混合痔的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :选择120例脱垂性结缔组织型环状混合痔女性患者分为观察组(行分段整形加肛垫减积复位术)和对照组(行外剥内扎术)各60例,两组患者术后均采用中药内服、涂擦、熏洗。记录患者的临床资料,手术时间,术中出血量,总住院费用,术后住院时间、疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果 :两组患者在手术时间,术后疼痛以及围术期出血比例等观察指标均不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。创面出血、局部疼痛及坠胀系统评分结果显示,观察组相较于对照组能有效减少术后并发症的出现,术后评分观察组优于对照组(P=0.001)。结论 :分段整形联合肛垫减积复位术治疗女性混合痔,不但保留肛垫的结构,而且可以减少术后并发症。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efcacy and safety of sectional shape plus anal cushion operation in the treatment of female patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： A total of 120 patients with prolapse of connective tissue type mixed hemorrhoids were selected and divided into an observation group （underwent sectional shape plus anal cushion operation） and a control group （underwent Milligan operation） with 60 cases each. Oral administration, applying and fumigation of Chinese medicine were performed in the two groups after operation. The clinical data, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, total cost of hospitalization, postoperative hospital stay, pain and complications were recorded. Results： The operation time, postoperative pain, as well as the proportion of perioperative bleeding and other indicators were not statistically diferent between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The wound bleeding, local pain and distension system scores showed that sectional shape plus anal cushion operation could efectively reduce postoperative complications compared with Milligan operation （P=0.001）. Conclusion： The sectional shape plus anal cushion operation can not only retain the structure of anal cushion, but also reduce the postoperative complications.
