摘要
为了研究矿井提升机转子速度与系统所受载荷的耦合特性,以矿井提升机传动系统整体为研究对象,以传递矩阵法的假设为依据,简化得到两自由度与三自由度物理模型,运用拉格朗日方程分别建立了其动力学数学模型,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真研究载荷与动力学特性耦合关系,最后构建了遗传算法优化的支持向量机模型,并探索了应用遗传算法优化的支持向量机模型辨识载荷的方法,对驱动力矩、制动力矩辨识载荷的相关系数分别为0.99445与0.98916,回归性能良好,表明了辨识载荷的有效性。
In order to study the mine hoist coupling characteristics between the rotor speed signal and the load of the system,regarding the mine hoist drive system as a whole object of the study,basing on hypothesis of transfer matrix method,the physical model with two-degree and three-degree is simplified. Their dynamic mathematical models are calculated with Lagrange equation. Then,the relationship between the load and dynamic characteristic is studied by Matlab/Simulink. Finally,the GA-SVM model is build,and the method of the load identification is explored by GA-SVM model. The correlation coefficient of the driving torque identification is 0.99445,the braking torque identification is 0.98916. The regression performance is well,the validity of the load identification is indicated.
