摘要
采用赫兹理论和ANSYS软件对单个推力滚子轴承中的滚子与座圈的接触进行分析与比较,探索用AN-SYS求解推力滚子轴承的方法.采用ANSYS建立有限元模型,对多排均载推力轴承进行分析研究,为该类轴承设计软件的开发提供理论依据.
Hertz theory and ANSYS software were used to analyze the contact behavior between the roller and the race way in individual thrust roller bearings respectively, and the results base on the two ways were compared for exploring the way of using ANSYS software to analyze thrust roller bearings problem. Using the ANSYS software to establish the finite element model and analyze multi -serial uniform load thrust bearing, the results will provide the rules for the software exploitation of this type of bearing.
