摘要
协同育人是深入推进高校创新创业教育改革的重要途径。文章从保障和激励机制缺失、教育体系不够健全、孵化园(基地)建设针对性不强以及实效性研究不足等对高校协同育人培养创新创业人才现状和不足进行分析,并从完善运行机制和顶层设计、联合制定人才培养方案、注重招生就业联动、汇集资源力量服务学生创新创业、加强双创师资队伍建设、多维一体云就业信息平台实现供需精准匹配等介绍广东工业大学在协同育人培养创新创业人才方面积极有效的探索和实践。
Collaboration education is an important way to deepen the reform of innovative and entrepreneurial education in college. The article analyzes the current situation of collaborative education from several aspects suchas lack of guarantee and incentive mechanism, inadequate education system, short of pertinence in construction of incubator, limited research of effectiveness etc. This article also introduces the effective exploration and practice of Guangdong University of Technology in cultivating mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education, which includes perfectly better guarantee mechanism and top-level design, joint construction and implementation of training plan to meet the social and market needs, paying more attention to establish linkage mechanism of enrollment and employment, multi-party collaboration to service innovation and entrepreneurship education for all students, enhancing the teachers building to improve the quality of personnel training, building a multi-dimensional and integrated information platform of employment to promote matching precision.
