摘要
本实验采用了“猫吓鼠”、“人吓猫”及“爆竹吓狗”等3种不同类型的动物模型,观察了惊恐对小白鼠、猫及狗的睾丸、脑垂体、肾上腺皮质等内分泌腺和部分脏器的影响。结果表明,本实验恐伤肾组小白鼠、猫及狗的睾丸和脑垂体等组织在形态上均有不同程度的损伤。电镜观察证实,小白鼠的睾丸精子成熟过程受阻,脑垂体促性腺激素细胞等均有胞浆内细胞器变性、坏死,细胞核固缩、核溶、坏死等表现。恐伤肾在病理形态上的改变主要在垂体—性腺轴。
The three different kinds of experimental models were designed with 'cat frightening mouse', 'man frightening cat', and 'firecracker frightening dog'. And the influence of 'fright injuring kidney' upon the testes, hypophysises and adrenal cortexes of mice, cats and dogs has been observed. Its results showed that the morphology of the testes and hypophysises of the mice, cats and dogs had the different degree impairment. The electron microscope proved that the mature processes of spermia in mice were blocked; there were degeneration and necrosis of the organella, pyknosis, dissolution and necrosis of the cell nucleus in the cytoplasm of gonadotroph cells in hypophysises. In short, the pathological changes of it were mainly located in the hypophysises-gonadal axis. This is a new experimental method for studying the mechanism of kidney after researching the experiment of the kidney injuried by trauma.
