摘要
以某海洋施工平台的单步进液压插销式升降系统为对象,描述了升降系统的组成、工作原理及控制策略,针对采用传统控制策略升降速度低的问题,提出一种优化的控制策略;采用优化的控制策略可大大提高工作效率。
A single acting hydraulic jacking system of offshore platform is taken as model and the composition of jacking system, working principle and traditional control strategy are described. An optimization is proposed to solve the problem that the speed of single acting jacking system is quite low. The efficiency will be improved greatly after the control strategy is optimized.
