摘要
介绍了武汉钢铁有限公司热轧2 250mm产线加热炉炉门升降系统的应用状况,分析了炉门升降系统无法提速的原因,提出了机械机构及液压、电气控制方面的改进措施,成功消除了炉门升降系统常见故障点,提高了炉门升降速度。
Application situation of furnace door hoisting system for heating furnace in 2 250 mm hot rolling production line of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was introduced,and accelerated failure causes of furnace door hoisting system were analyzed.Then improved measures including aspects of mechanical structure,hydraumatic and electric control were proposed and implemented,then usual faults of furnace door hoisting system were successfully eliminated,hoisting speed of the furnace door was improved.
