摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者TGF-β1(转化生长因子β1)水平与免疫状态的关系,为非小细胞肺癌患者的临床治疗奠定理论基础。方法选取我院2015年4月-2017年4月间收治的非小细胞肺癌患者60例记为研究组,另选同期健康体检患者60例作为对照组,比较对照组和研究组患者细胞免疫功能指标及TGF-β1水平的差异,同时对比研究组不同分期及不同病理类型患者细胞免疫功能指标及TGF-β1水平的差异。结果研究组患者CD3+/CD4+/CD8+均小于对照组,而CD4+CD25+CD127dim和TGF-β1水平则大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ/Ⅳ期患者CD3+/CD4+/CD8+均小于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者,而CD4+CD25+CD127dim和TGF-β1水平则大于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);鳞癌组、腺癌组以及其他组患者CD3+/CD4+/CD8+/CD4+CD25+CD127dim以及TGF-β1水平之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的免疫功能与TGF-β1水平和CD4+CD25+CD127dim比例呈现负相关性,患者肺癌分期越晚,细胞免疫功能越低,不同病理类型的非小细胞肺癌患者细胞免疫功能指标及TGF-β1水平无差异。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of TGF-beta 1(TGF-beta 1) and immune status in non-small cell lung cancer, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Sixty cases of non small cell lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the study group, and 60 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group in the same period. The differences in cellular immune function and TGF-beta 1 levels between the control group and the study group were compared. Meanwhile, the differences of cellular immune function and TGF-beta 1 levels in different stages and different pathological types were compared between the two groups. Results The CD3+/CD4+/CD8+ of the study group was lower than that of the control group, while the levels of CD4+CD25+CD127 dim and TGF-beta 1 were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05); CD3+/CD4+/CD8+ in stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ was less than that in stage I/II, while CD4+CD25+CD127 dim and TGF-beta 1 levels were higher than those in Ⅰ/Ⅱ stage, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05); There was no significant difference between the levels of CD3+/CD4+/CD8+/CD4+CD25+CD127 dim and TGF-beta 1 in the squamous cell carcinoma group, the adenocarcinoma group and the other groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Non small cell lung cancer patients immune function and TGF-beta 1 level and CD4+CD25+CD127 dim ratio showed negative correlation, with the later stages of lung cancer, cellular immune function is low, no differences in cellular immunity in patients with non-small cell lung function index and TGF-beta of different pathological types of 1 levels.
