摘要
文章主要对动物饲料中化学污染物含量进行监测,根据国家标准,对于犬饲料、豚鼠饲料、鼠饲料和家兔饲料中的砷、汞、铅、铬、滴滴涕、六六六等化学污染物含量进行连续性的检测。结果表明,4种饲料中部分重金属含量超标,其中六六六、黄曲霉素和滴滴涕并没有超标。犬饲料、豚鼠饲料、鼠饲料和家兔饲料中的化学污染物超标的发生率分别为9.53%、19.06%、14.28%、19.06%。其中重金属的超标发生率分别为镉和汞相同,两者比砷高,铅最低。家兔和豚鼠的饲料最容易受到重金属的污染,之后是鼠饲料和犬饲料。不同年份和阶段的动物饲料化学污染物的超标情况不一致。实验结果提示,动物饲料中的重金属最容易超标。
The experiment was to monitor the content of chemical contaminants in animal feed.Content of As,Hg,Pb,Cd,DDT and HCH were consecutively monitored according to national standard in feeds of dog,guinea pig,rat and rabbit.The results showed that,content of some heavy metal of 4 kinds of feed exceeded the national standard limit.HCH,DDT and afl atoxin B1 did not exceed the standard limit.The incidence rate of chemical contaminants content exceeding standard limit of 4 kinds of feed were 9.53%,19.06%,14.28%,19.06%.The sequence of incidence rate was Cd = Hg As Pb.The sequence of degree of diffi culty of feed being polluted by heavy metal was guinea pig = rabbit rat dog.Degree of chemical contaminants content exceeding standard limit was different in different year.These results indicated that heavy metal content of laboratory animal feed could exceed the national standard limit easily.
