摘要
通过在MHK—500型TIMKEN试验机上进行的模拟试验和开式蜗轮蜗杆试验台上的台架试验,对三种不同硬度差的钢蜗轮传动以及铜蜗轮传动进行了深入系统的试验研究,分析了齿面硬度差对钢蜗轮传动性能的影响。同时,对钢蜗轮传动与铜蜗轮传动进行了对比试验分析,为钢蜗轮传动的推广应用提供了可靠的依据。
Based on the simulated test on TIMKEN friction-wear testing machine and the practical test on transmission testing table, the paper systematically deals with the transmission of steel worm-gearing with three kinds of hardness difference of tooth face and copper worm-gearing. It also studies the influence of the hardness difference of tooth face on the transmission of steel worm-gearing. All these provide a reliable basis for the application and dissemination of the steel worm-gearing steel.
